In order, to set-up your QuickTime application or your browser's plug-in to ensure that you have the ON2 CODEC and that it is installed correctly and that your internet connection speed is set-up as follows:

  1. Click on the downward facing triangle in the lower right hand corner of the QuickTime video player (on the opened page).
  2. Scroll to the Connection Speed and choose it.
  3. You will be on the STREAMING tab, pull down on the Streaming Speed menu and you will have a choice from 14K modem up to T1 or LAN speeds. Choose the "1 Mbps Cable" or faster setting and then uncheck "instant on". Click the "apply" botton if you are on a PC or on a Mac, just close the QuickTime preferences window.

  4. Then simply refresh the page with the QuickTime player in it and you should be able to see this material. If you are still not seeing the moving image try to dump your cache (preferences<advanced) and then quit out of your browser and relaunch it. It should work now with no problems.
